Research, design, and strategy for socio-environmental regeneration
I am an ecologist dedicated to action-research in social-ecological systems and a consultant specialized in transforming complexity into actionable strategies.
I design solutions where sistemic thinking, community engagement, and multi-stakeholder governance converge to strengthen organizations, companies, and governments in their transition toward sustainability.
Data & evidence: I design monitoring and analysis systems based on social metabolism and political ecology. My work is to provide decision-making with a solid technical foundation, transforming data into knowledge to optimize action based on the available evidence.
Multi-sector engagement: I facilitate the creation of inter-institutional arrangements that enable effective collaboration between the private and public sectors, and the civil society. My experience allows me to articulate diverse visions and align incentives to overcome tensions and consolidate territorial alliances around a common purpose.
Systemic thinking: I address wicked problems from their inherent complexity. I use modeling and systemic analysis to navigate uncertainty and to anticipate that today's solutions do not become tomorrow's problems.
Territorial pedagogy & endogenous development: I design educational processes and teaching materials that transform technical knowledge into installed capacity. My approach integrates indigenous and local knowledge as a pillar of territorial sovereignty, facilitating learning for diverse audiences: from decision-makers and academics to organized communities and youth.
